Associate to Bachelor’s Degree Transfer Pathway

Step #1: Complete your associate degree in an eligible field of study

Step #2: Secure employment at a local K-12 school*
(School must be a Reach University partner. Find yours below.)

Step #3: As soon as you’re hired, apply/enroll at Reach University.

Step #4: Get credit for the paid work you do on-the-job. Join Zoom seminars at night and on the weekends. Pay $75/month for the duration of the program, taking on zero student loan debt.

Graduate! All Reach graduates can continue working in the field of education or move on to any profession - without obligation.
