In this two-part podcast series, Reach University's Chancellor, and Craft Education System's CEO, Dr. Mallory Dwinal-Palisch joins Michael Leifman & Marco Annunziata, hosts of "M4's Startups @ the Edge" to discuss working and scalable solutions to the qualified teacher shortage, which include:
1) Quantifying and increasing the supply of trained, qualified and classroom-ready teachers; and
2) Removing friction in the educational system to future educators from every local community and background can access a barrier-free pathway to a successful career in teaching.
All of which Reach University and Craft Education System are actively addressing across hundreds of rural, low-income and urban K-12 districts in California, Alabama, Arkansas, and Louisiana today.
